Key Responsibilities:

Material Preparation:

Prepare flex and banner materials for installation, including trimming and ensuring correct specifications for the project.

Surface Preparation:

Clean and prepare surfaces (walls, windows, etc.) for installation, ensuring proper adhesion and longevity of the graphics.

Installation Techniques:

Apply graphics using appropriate techniques such as mounting, positioning, and ensuring alignment for seamless installations.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished installations to ensure they meet client specifications and quality standards, including checking for bubbles, wrinkles, or other imperfections.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of materials used, installation techniques, and client approvals.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with design teams, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements and ensure smooth execution.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for installation practices, ensuring a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience as a graphics installer or in a related field, particularly with flex and banner materials, is preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in installing large-format graphics, including knowledge of various installation techniques, tools, and materials specific to flex and banner applications.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to work meticulously to ensure precise alignment, smooth application, and high-quality finishes.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Capacity to troubleshoot installation challenges and make adjustments as necessary during the installation process.

Physical Fitness:

Job requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights.

Communication:

Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and suppliers.

Creativity:

Understanding of design principles and ability to contribute to discussions on visual aesthetics and graphic layouts.
