Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions across both digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics that capture attention and communicate our message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop visual content for various platforms including websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, presentations, and more. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop and execute design strategies. Translate business and marketing objectives into creative and visually appealing designs. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the brand. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. Work with external printers or vendors when necessary to ensure high-quality printed materials. Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. Ability to take direction, work independently, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus. Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in web and mobile design. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
