Job Description

• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Research & understand of the visual culture of each target audience.
• Research & understand of customers brands & background.
• Conceptualize (predesign) visuals based on requirements, along with Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Design creative from concept to deliver.
• Amend designs according feedback.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Create all commercial visual products such as all social media posts, logos, offline advertisements, company stationery etc
• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand
• Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
• Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts
• Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
• Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Ability to generate and implement ideas from concept to execution

• Up to date with industry standard programs including but not limited to:

• Adobe Illustrator

• Premiere

• Aftereffects

• Animate

• Photoshop

• InDesign

• Google web designer

• Cinema 4D or Maya (A big Plus)

• Grace in juggling multiple projects with sometimes overlapping deadlines

• Experience in the Middle East

• Professional photography and videography experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
