Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, emailers, websites, brochures, banners, etc.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
Edit and retouch images as needed.
Social Media Management:
Plan, create, and schedule posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and manage the online community.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to improve strategies.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Manager.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, typography, and branding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
