Job Description

Bagason Middle East, a Dubai-based FMCG distribution company, is hiring creative Graphic Designers & Video Editor to develop content for our in-house consumer brands across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

We're looking for someone who understands social-first design, video editing, and can keep up with evolving trends -- including basic AI video generation tools to speed up and enhance creative work.

If you're a visual storyteller who can mix creativity with efficiency and understands how to design for today's fast-moving social platforms, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design static graphics, reels, TikToks, and stories for social media.

Edit short-form videos (cuts, transitions, subtitles, effects, trends)

Collaborate with the marketing team on monthly content calendars

Use AI video/image tools for simple content creation and repurposing

Stay updated on AI tools relevant to design & video

Requirements:

1-2+ years of experience in social media design and video editing (portfolio required)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Familiar with AI tools

Strong time management and communication skills

Bonus Skills:

Experience with FMCG brands or product-based marketing.

Animation/motion graphics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
