Key Responsibilities
Create designs for corporate gifts, promotional products, packaging, and branding materials
Prepare accurate, print-ready files following production requirements
Operate or assist in operating printing machines such as UV, laser, heat press, sublimation, or screen printing equipment
Ensure correct color matching, alignment, bleed, and layout standards
Review artwork for errors before printing and maintain quality control
Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines and client specifications
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
is a must.
Experience in a printing house
is essential.
Strong
Hindi communication skills
to manage the team effectively.
2+ years of experience
in a similar role.
A team player with creative problem-solving skills and an energetic approach to leadership.
