We are an 18 year old leading full-service Graphics and Display Solution company manufacturing Display Stands, Kiosks, Signages; Exhibition stands etc. Located in Dubai Production City.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer / LFP Machine Operator (Entry Level)

to join our growing team who will be responsible for assisting with creative designs, handling printing operations, and ensuring quality output across various media.

Job Responsibilities:

Create and edit designs for flyers, banners, brochures, signage, and other marketing materials. Utilize design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW for various graphic design tasks. Operate large format printers to produce high-quality signage and advertising materials. Create accurate color profiles using X-Rite color management tools and techniques. Set up print jobs, adjusted machine settings, and monitored output to maintain consistent print quality. Handle media loading, ink refills, and performed basic troubleshooting on printing equipment. Assist with lamination, cutting, mounting, and other finishing processes for printed materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient printing workspace. Manage print jobs end-to-end, from material loading to final finishing and delivery. Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure prints met client specifications and deadlines. Diagnose and resolved minor technical issues such as misfeeds, print errors, and mechanical faults. Escalate complex technical problems to maintenance teams or service providers for timely resolution. Monitor material usage and waste to optimize resource efficiency and reduce operational costs. Maintain accurate records of completed print jobs, equipment maintenance, and process adjustments. Adhere strictly to safety protocols when operating printing machinery and handling production materials.

Job Qualifications:

2-3 years of relevant experience in the home country.*

Advanced working knowledge of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design related software's Familiarity with digital printing and large-format printing machines. Good eye for detail, creativity, and color accuracy. Ability to work independently and under supervision. Willingness to learn and adapt to UAE market standards and printing practices.
