Job Description
An ideal candidate must have education in graphic design or similar design related certification.
Responsibilities
Assist the production of the hotel's internal and external collaterals as per the brand's standards. Assist in general design requests, art-working and day-to-day design needs. Update and maintain databases of designs, photography, and video assets. Support by working on marketing materials including, but not limited to, digital and print media collateral, touchpoints, and presentations. Maintain the inventory and ordering of collaterals and design kits. Support departments with photo or video shoots Allocate time and resources effectively Communicate internally with concerned parties to determine layout designs and implementation procedures. Be energetic, enthusiastic, resourceful, helpful and passionate to exceed expectations.
Requirements:
Education in graphic design or similar design related certification. Basic functional knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is a plus. Strong communication skills and an ability to understand design requirements with ease. * Portfolio of work ready to share.
