Job Description
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in branding and packaging design, preferably in an agency environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and multi-channel graphic design work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of After EYects, Figma, or Canva is a plus. Understanding of printing processes, dielines, color management, and packaging substrates. Excellent grasp of design principles including hierarchy, balance, contrast, and alignment. Time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong visual storytelling skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to create digital interface assets. Experience with lifestyle, beauty, F&B, or consumer goods brands. Basic motion design or illustration capabilities. Awareness of sustainable packaging and eco-conscious design trends
