About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging social media content, event branding, marketing materials, and ensuring consistency across all visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Design

Create graphics, reels layouts, stories, and carousel posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop creative concepts for events, promotions, campaigns, and announcements. Maintain aesthetic consistency with brand identity and event-specific guidelines.

Event Branding & Collaterals

Design logos, event themes, stage backdrops, standees, banners, signage, and badges. Create digital invitations, brochures, agendas, and event kits. Prepare print-ready files with accurate dimensions and bleed settings.

Marketing & Promotional Materials

Design posters, flyers, ads, newsletters, pitch decks, and presentation templates. Support video editing teams with graphics, lower-thirds, title cards, and thumbnails. Craft visual identities for new events, product launches, and exhibitions.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with event planners, marketing teams, and content writers to understand creative requirements. Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure accurate and timely production of materials. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, especially during peak event seasons.

Brand Management

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all visual outputs. Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and creative archives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in events, marketing, or social media. Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, event branding, and marketing materials. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
