Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative

Senior Graphic Designer

Cum Social media specialized in

printing and packaging design

to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio in pre-press, offset/digital printing, packaging development, and branding, along with a deep understanding of design software and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

creative packaging concepts

for various products (FMCG, retail, gift items, etc.) Create high-quality

print-ready artwork

for offset, digital, and large-format printing Work closely with clients, marketing, and production teams to translate brand identity into physical packaging Oversee

pre-press processes

, ensuring correct color profiles, die-lines, and bleed margins Coordinate with printing vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate output and quality control Stay up to date with

industry trends

, printing technologies, sustainable materials, and packaging innovation Maintain and organize digital assets, templates, and artwork archives Lead junior designers and review their work for visual quality and consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

5+ years of experience

in a graphic design role, with at least

2+ years in packaging and print preferred in Qatar and India

Proficient in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) Strong knowledge of printing techniques:

offset, digital, screen, flexographic

, etc. Experience with

die-line creation

, embossing, foiling, spot UV, and other special finishes Excellent understanding of

color theory, typography, and layout

Ability to handle

multiple projects

under tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to give/receive constructive feedback

Preferred Experience:

Experience in

luxury, food, cosmetics, gift packaging

, or

sustainable packaging

Familiarity with

3D mockup tools

(like Adobe Dimension, Esko Studio, or Blender) Knowledge of Arabic design aesthetics is a plus Experience with

brand identity development
