Graphic Designer
Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

We are hiring a creative Junior Graphic Designer to translate concepts and ideas into engaging visual designs. You will work on a wide range of projects, including digital graphics for social media, marketing materials, branding elements, and presentations. Your designs should capture the attention of the target audience and communicate the desired message clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns, ads) and print materials (brochures, flyers, banners).
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Edit and retouch images as needed for various design projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and techniques, particularly those resonating in the UAE/GCC market.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.
• Prepare final artwork files for print or digital publication.

Requirements:

• Maximum 1 year of professional graphic design experience in the UAE.
• Basic proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Creativity, originality, and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to receive feedback and learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the local (UAE) design sensibility and cultural nuances is a plus.
