As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to supports Meinhardt's technical and business development teams.
Role Summary
The Graphic Designer supports Meinhardt's technical and business development teams by creating high-quality visual content, presentations, and marketing materials. The role translates complex engineering concepts into clear, engaging designs while ensuring consistency with corporate brand standards in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Work with the technical team in coming up with concept visualization, brainstorming and developing ideas through to completion, passionately managing icon, infographic and character designing in context of build environment and respective project.
• Work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills
• Work along with the team of other subject matter specialists in design and detailing of reports, presentations and videos in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Sketchup, etc.
• Support in Bids and Pursuits preparation
• Conceptualizing and developing slide & document design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Designing and producing collateral/ marketing material in accordance with brand guidelines
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions and incorporating feedback into the final design
• Development of marketing materials, proposals and presentations templates and standardization
• Special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 8 years work experience required, preferably in Engineering Consultancy/Civil Engineering.
