We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This application requires portfolio for screening purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality visual assets for various platforms, social media, print materials, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Partner with the marketing team to conceptualize and design creative solutions for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Create and produce a variety of visual materials, including motion graphics, logos, brochures, infographics, banners, presentations, and more.

Review and refine designs to guarantee accuracy, quality, and adherence to established brand guidelines.

Maintain and organize digital assets for efficient access and collaboration.

Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives, ensuring successful execution.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously refine design processes.

Platform Management & Organic Content Creation

Manage day-to-day operations of the company's social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

Co-plan, create, and publish engaging organic social media posts to drive organic growth and increase brand visibility.

Develop content calendars and ensure a consistent posting schedule tailored to each platform.

Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to boost a positive and interactive community foundation.

Engage with followers by initiating conversations, answering queries, and addressing feedback promptly and professionally.

Identify opportunities to join trending discussions and leverage user-generated content to build a loyal community.

Track audience sentiment and provide insights to enhance content and engagement strategies.

Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.

Qualifications:

Preferably MALE

Experience in real estate industry is a must.

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a professional graphic design role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Strong understanding of design principles, UX, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Experience creating engaging visual content for both organic and paid social media campaigns.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
