What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and implementation of graphic communication throughout the store, ensuring alignment with IKEA's brand values and commercial objectives
• Develop and deliver range presentation solutions that link IKEA's products to customers' everyday needs
• Ensure strong brand identity and impactful visual storytelling through signage, displays, and store layouts
• Collaborate with customer relations, sales, interior design, and logistics teams to maintain a consistent and inspiring customer journey
• Collect feedback and analyze customer behavior to improve communication strategies and in-store experiences
• Coach and develop the Communication & Interior Design (Com&In) team, driving knowledge in visual communication and customer needs
• Plan, order, and use graphic communication materials cost-effectively while ensuring quality and sustainability
• Support business planning by translating commercial priorities into visual communication action plans, measuring KPIs, and adapting strategies
• Maintain safety standards and ensure smooth implementation of communication rollouts and store changes

Ideal Profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within retail or customer-facing environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of print production/pre-press processes
• Strong creative and aesthetic skills with attention to detail and storytelling ability
• Understanding of customer behavior, retail environments, and home furnishing trends
• Ability to manage projects, lead teams, and coach colleagues effectively
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage
