About the Role:

As a

Graduate Trainee in Revenue Assurance

, you'll play a key role in protecting the company's revenue by ensuring accurate billing, system integrity, and operational transparency. You'll gain exposure to telecom infrastructure, learn advanced tools such as SQL and BI platforms, and work cross-functionally across various business units.

What You'll Learn & Do:

Monitor and analyze billing and usage data to detect revenue leakage. Perform system reconciliations (network, mediation, billing, CRM). Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them. Help develop revenue assurance dashboards and reporting tools. Support audits and compliance processes, contributing to risk mitigation.

What We're Looking For:

Recent UAE National graduate with a degree in

Technology, Science, or a related field

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with telecom or billing systems is a plus. Proficiency in

SQL, Excel
