The role involves providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and assisting in the implementation along with good problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Apps, Active Directory & Domain controller, Peripherals is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
