We are taking the next step in this regard with the addition of a new Graduate planner PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Begin to make contacts with other design team members and build relationships which... may prosper in the future. Be familiar with agreed fees / scope of services / programme. Liaise and correspond day to day with design team. Supervise office filing system set-up and maintenance to office standard. Receive all project correspondence. Implement project QA policy Attend design team / job meetings to discuss progress/deadlines/detail design issues. Review and comment on company procedures documents using the feedback system. Apply policies relating to health & safety, quality and training Produce drawing list / calculation index / specification list / information required schedule. Understand design philosophy / design fundamentals. Assist in development of details Assist in production of calculations Coordinate with architect/service engineer information QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate in Engineering, Science or Architecture UAE Nationals preferred EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years TECHNICAL SKILLS/ABILITY: Excellent organisational skills, effective time management, including the ability to deal with the conflicting demands in order to meet deadlines, prioritise heavy workload and have a willingness to work flexibly Good analytical skills Abundance of common sense and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude Must be able to work on own initiative, with minimal management instruction or interaction, but can actively be part of a wider Business Services Team. Be business and commercially aware Clear oral and written communication - attention to detail Integrity, and an ability to deal with and recognise confidential and sensitive information as well as work in a professional and customer friendly manner.
