Key Objectives for This Role Manage and control project documentation workflows, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with project standards
Maintain document registers, version control, and distribution logs
Support engineering and project teams by ensuring timely access to updated documents
Demonstrate awareness of company policies and procedures related to document control
Maintain a high level of computer literacy and familiarity with document management systems and relevant software tools
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities - Document Controller Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with company standards and client requirements.
Ensure accurate control of incoming and outgoing documents, including version control, distribution, and archiving.
Support engineering and project teams by ensuring timely access to updated and approved documentation.
Demonstrate understanding of document control procedures and their application in a project environment.
Maintain document registers and logs, ensuring traceability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare clear and concise written communications and reports related to document status and control.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures that impact document management activities.
Maintain a good level of computer literacy and familiarity with document management systems and relevant software tools.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with project milestones.
Assist in audits and reviews by providing required documentation and ensuring readiness of records.

Expected:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, AI / Data science or Information Management).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining documentation accuracy and integrity.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with document control systems and software (e.g., SharePoint, EDMS, Aconex).
Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to documentation.
Prior experience in document control within engineering, construction, or oil & gas projects (preferred).
Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured and professional environment.
