To work alongside the Senior Contracts Manager and support the MEA team (and wider Legal Team where necessary) on contract-related matters.
Responsibilities:
Support the Regional Senior Contracts Manager in day-to-day activities as required
Keep the contracts register up to date
File electronic copies of any contractual documentation in the relevant contract folder
Coordinate issuance of the required insurance certificates for any new Projects as requested by Project teams
Prepare insurance undertaking letters to be issued to clients
Assist with the annual insurance renewal process
Maintain the insurance register
Assist with completing due diligence process for any new clients, subcontractors or agents
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain or equivalent professional qualification
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
MS Office applications
English language proficiency (oral and written)
Previous experience in contracts would be an advantage
