Job Title: Graduate Civil Engineer

Reports To: Senior Civil Engineer / Project Lead Job Purpose:
The Graduate Civil Engineer will assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural works for projects. This role provides exposure to engineering principles, project coordination, and compliance with industry standards, offering a strong foundation for career development. Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior engineers in preparing civil and structural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Assist in site inspections, surveys, and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client reviews.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, mechanical, electrical) for integrated project delivery.
• Perform basic calculations for structural integrity, load analysis, and material selection.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in civil and architectural engineering.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of structural design principles and construction methods.
• Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or similar).
• Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
