Job Overview
A graduate role in JLL's Capital Markets team in the UAE would involve supporting senior professionals in facilitating real estate investment transactions, market analysis, and client advisory services across commercial property sectors in the UAE region.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial modeling and analysis of real estate investment opportunities
• Support in preparing market research and investment memoranda
• Help compile property data and perform due diligence
• Assist in creating marketing materials for property listings
• Support client pitches and presentations
• Conduct market and property analysis for potential acquisitions and dispositions
• Help coordinate transaction processes with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop understanding of UAE real estate markets and investment trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics or related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial but not essential
• Interest in real estate investment and capital markets
