Support in installing Philips Healthcare equipment according to standards with respect to quality and installation time.
Support in performing planned maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and to the quality standards.
Serves as an effective member to make Philips healthcare equipment connected to secured internet and reachable for pro-active monitoring and maintenance.
Support in performing corrective maintenance, supported when necessary by tier2 support help-desk.
Respond to emergency customer calls within the expected time-frame.
Demonstrate commitments to meet customer needs and requirements by ensuring all given quality standards.

University degree in Electrical and electronics engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a relevant discipline
Readiness for business trips around the country
0-2 years of field service experience
Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment, troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
Dedicated, responsible, flexible, patient, hard worker, willing to travel across EG
Advanced level of English
