Program, Cost, Consultancy Department
AECOM PCC team provides multi-disciplinary advisory services for project sponsors, consortia \\ developers and lenders that have a vested interest in the successful outcome of developing built asset and infrastructure projects. We help our clients navigate the risks and complexities of transactions across various sectors. We advise clients across the whole investment life cycle from evaluating investment opportunities to detailed due diligence and monitoring during the construction phase of projects.
Responsibilities & Duties
As a Graduate Advisory Surveyor, you would be involved in the delivery of services across our Asset, Funder, ESG and P3 Technical Advisory teams. Participating in activities such as reviews, assessments, reporting and advising clients on a wide range of technical matters relating to program and cost on proposed and active projects across built asset and infrastructure sectors.
Minimum Requirements
+ Must have graduated either in 2021 or graduating no later than Sept 2022
+ Successful applicants must have a minimum 3.4 GPA or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above
+ Any software experience including MS Office package would be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Economics & Management, Planning & Development, Real Estate Development, Facilities Management from an accredited University.
