Graduate Asset Integrity Engineer

Job Description

Main Purpose of Role:




Technical - Graduate development, carrying out assigned asset integrity tasks including engineering calculations, preparation of reports etc. with support from Senior Asset Integrity Engineers.

Responsibilities:




Technical - carry out assigned asset integrity consultancy work, such as researching problems, engineering calculations, preparation of reports etc., under supervision. Project execution - execute material and corrosion scope requirements within projects as directed by Project Manager and in accordance with all relevant company procedures Executing plant; pressurized static assets; pipeline integrity (FFS / RBI) assessments under the supervision of Senior Asset Integrity Engineer. Should be able to produce detailed calculations as and when required. Producing high quality deliverables as part of the project. Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management System must be implemented within the area of operation as per the company approved procedures and ISO Standards.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):




Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (such as API, ASME, NACE etc.) High level of computer literacy with MS Office (specifically Word & Excel) and experience of other specific analysis software packages (e.g. MathCAD, Abaqus, Caesar, Autopipe etc.). Good communication skills in English, verbal and written

Qualifications:




* Degree in Mechanical / Chemical engineering or related subject with some Oil and Gas experience preferred.
