Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting software issues related to their defined scope of work.
Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls in a timely and efficient manner
Root Cause Analysis to identify issues and provide recommendations for avoidance in the future
System Administration:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks within their defined scope of work.
Monitor system performance and ensure proper functionality
License Management:
Update and manage contracts for licensing with vendors in appropriate system
Mange software requests
Create and manage Procurement Requests for software's
Monitor software license usage for utilization and other trends
Database Management:
Data entry and management of data
Execute database queries for data retrieval and analysis
Documentation:
Create and update technical documentation, including system configurations and user manuals.
Contribute to the Knowledge Management database and Chatbot database
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators and super users
Be part of a team for project execution of T&T projects as required
Develop and present to various functions within the business on a variety of topics
Develop Power BI reports for various dashboards

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or related field
Ideally ECBA or similar Business Analysis certification
Knowledge of ITIL standard is desirable
Communication:
Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.

Three years minimum of working in an IT Department preferable in the Energy Industry Sector
Good Level of understanding of technology
