Crown Hospital One Day Surgery is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality primary care services, perform clinical assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, and ensure superior patient satisfaction in line with DOH standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to diagnose medical conditions and provide appropriate treatment plans.
Manage acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring continuity of care and follow-up for patients.
Perform routine examinations, minor procedures, and preventive health screenings.
Prescribe medications and administer treatments in accordance with DOH guidelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EMR system.
Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals for referrals and integrated patient care.
Provide patient education on disease prevention, medications, and lifestyle management.
Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and safety regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits as required.
Deliver patient-centered care with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
Valid DOH license or active DOH eligibility letter.
Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner (UAE experience preferred).
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced one-day surgery environment.
Proficiency in using EMR systems.
