We are recruiting for a GP DOCTOR (skilled in Aesthetics / Laser treatments) for a specialist Clinic based centrally in Dubai that provides a range of services in Dermatology, Aesthetics, Laser Hair removal, Microneedling, Nutrition and Cosmetic dentistry.Innovation Group UAE (Medical & Healthcare) are a market leading (Permanent & Contract) Staffing Services provider dedicated to sourcing high caliber talent such as Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Dentists and all Allied Health Professionals to the Medical & Healthcare sector for over 30 yrs. With HQ based in Dubai and with 16 offices globally.Role: Doctor - General Practice / Aesthetics + Laser TreatmentsLocation: DubaiHours: Full time, 40 hrs, 5 days per weekSalary & Benefits: Negotiable based on experience + Fixed salary + Revenue Share % earnings +20k + standard UAE benefits.Summary: To treat a mixture of existing patients and walk in patients of all ages and backgrounds in a private clinic environment, aesthetics setting, conducting medical consultations and physical examinations, aswell as preparing treatment plans and providing on-going treatment, care and advice.Qualifications & Experience:Medical Degree and Qualifed as a General Practitioner - MBBS, BMBS, MBChB, MBBCh.MUST be experienced in a Aethetics setting.At least 5 yrs experience.DHA licenced.Must have exellent English language communcation skills.Bi lingual would be an advantage, such as English speaking + Arabic speaking.Primary Responsibility:Conducting Physical examinationsDiagnosis and treatment of illnesses/ailmentsHealth educationPractice management and administrationLiaise with other healthcare professionals and hospitalsEnsure the delivery of quality, person-centred careManage budgets and the financial effectiveness of the settingMaintain quality standards and ensure health and safety complianceLiaise with, and maintain partnerships with other local community organisationsDealing with Insurance companies regarding payment plansPerform initial patient assessmentDue to the number of applicants we receive, if you have not heard from us within 10 days please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
