Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Government Relations & Strategic Tender Manager to lead all interactions with public authorities, oversee the structuring of the company for public procurement and tender participation, and develop institutional partnerships in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily monitoring of UAE government portals for tenders (RFPs), grants, and partnership opportunities. Structuring the company and its documentation to meet eligibility and compliance standards for public contracts. Preparing and managing proposals, technical documentation, MoUs, and formal submissions to ministries and authorities. Establishing and maintaining strong relations with senior stakeholders across ministries and strategic innovation bodies (e.g. ADIO, Ministry of Economy, Dubai Future Foundation). Identifying new collaboration opportunities aligned with AI, sustainability, and digital government initiatives. Supporting the executive team on PPP projects and high-impact public sector ventures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in government relations, public procurement, or institutional business development in the UAE. Proven track record in securing and managing government contracts, grants, or public-private partnerships. In-depth understanding of UAE governmental structures, legal frameworks, and funding mechanisms. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage. Familiarity with AI, blockchain, Web3, or ESG-related initiatives is highly desirable. Degree in Public Administration, Law, International Business, Political Science, or a related field.
