Job Description
IFFCO Group Sharjah is looking to hire an experienced Government Services Executive / Government Compliance Officer to join our Government Affairs Department team, to manage all Government-related online portals, company employee accomodations, trade licenses, communications, and follow-up with Government entities. Minimum Experience: Candidates should have strong Arabic & English Communication with 5-10 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in below will be preffered; 1. Managing online Government portals ; i. Ministry of Foreign Affairs ii. UAE Municipalities iii. Ports & Customs iv. Ministry & Department of Economy v. UAE Chambers vi. Ministry of Industrial & Advance Technology viii. Ministry of Health, Food & Safety ix. All Freezone online portals (DMCC, Hamriya, JAFZA, Saif-zone) 2. Renew & manage all company license & permits online. 3. Manage Company accomodations online. (Renewals, Tenancy, Cancellation) Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree - preferred in Computer Science Skills:
Knowledge of Government laws and regulations.
Fluent in English & Arabic
Outstanding MS Skills.
Multi-Task person.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good organizational skills
