- A number of years of experience with a top-level strategy consulting firm or niche political/development advisory
- Deep project experience across labor policies, education, trade strategies, fiscal reform, social policy, e-government, public policy
- Experience of the Middle East region is a bonus though not necessary
- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree from a high ranking university
