Representing FIFA/Q22 Guest Management in the V/VIP Stadium Hospitality Lounges
Acting as the perfect host, the V/VIP Lounge Manager shall meet clients’ expectations, anticipate their needs, and ensure a unique and memorable experience is offered to all guests
Managing the hospitality and entertainment suppliers’ task & deliverables (i.e. service implementation, quality insurance)
Supervising and coordinating the development and implementation of the VIP Stadium Hospitality Concept (gifts, branding, decoration, entertainment, VIK activations and F&B) according to FIFA's and Host Country event vision at all stadiums
Executing the operational checklists on Match Day (i.e. food display, space cleanliness, room temperature, staff appearance)
Act as first point of contact for all infrastructure and technical questions for catering and hospitality providers in the V/VIP lounges
Deliver onsite training sessions and daily briefing for all staff suppliers and volunteers working in the V/VIP Lounge
Work closely with all team members to align on all logistical requirements
Participate in weekly team meetings to align and escalate issues to GOP Stadium Manager
Coordinate and maintain a strategic overview of the V/VIP Lounge activities during tournament time
Troubleshooting on ground and efficiently reporting incidents via the online reporting tool
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters’ Degree in Management, Sport Management/Business, Marketing & Communications, Hospitality ideal
Experience:
5+ Years Hospitality and Guest Management Experience, with Project Management and Operational Experience
Familiarity with V/VIP environment, high-end hospitality, and Guest Management
Skills:
English fluency – spoken and written (required) Arabic fluency – an advantage
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) Planning software and online collaboration tools (an asset)
Good understanding of organisational processes and policies Ability to shape and deliver operational excellence in teams Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good networking skills
Time management and the ability to prioritize a varied workload
Good understanding of budgets and financial management
