Job Overview:

We\xe2\x80\x99re searching for a proficient Google Ads Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Google lead generation campaigns with a particular focus on the UAE and European countries. Your in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, exceptional analytical skills, and ability to drive lead generation will be instrumental in our pursuit of campaign success.

Tasks

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

Google Ads Campaign Management:

Lead and manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation for the UAE and European countries.

Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance while optimizing budget allocation.

Data Analysis and Strategic Recommendations:

Analyze campaign data to derive valuable insights.

Provide strategic recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness.

Hypothesis Testing and Strategy Enhancement:

Test new hypotheses and strategies to improve campaign performance.

Continuously optimize targeting and lead generation techniques.

Team Building and Management:

Build and assess the efficiency of the existing team members.

Collaborate with the team to ensure quality work, meet tight deadlines, and achieve campaign targets.

Budget Management:

Maintain a superb understanding of budget management to ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Requirements

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

Strong experience in Google Ads.

Exceptional understanding of ads analytics.

Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations from the analysis.

Strong experience in lead generation ideally in Real Estate.

Knowledge of optimization techniques and campaign management.

Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.

Able to work under tight deadlines and meet targets, while ensuring quality work.

Russian and English are a must.

Focus on the results, self-motivated, and self-organized. Able to make actions and decisions to ensure successful campaigns.

Ensure low junk, high-quality leads.

Superb understanding of budget management.
