Job Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and implement SEO & Google Ads strategy
Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
Regularly perform thorough keywords research
Identify key SEO KPIs
Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
Prepare and present reports regularly
Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns at Advance Levels
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix and results
Ensure ads, communication and creative are impactful for results
Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)

Requirements:

5 years of experience as SEO Specialist or similar role
Minimum 3+ Years Experience in Google Ads, Analytics
3 years of Dental Clinic experience in UAE
Proven 3+ years of experience in running successful performance marketing campaigns
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
