The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Google PPC Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of managing and optimizing large-scale paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, bidding strategies, and campaign structures, with a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI through paid search. Key Responsibilities: o Manage and optimize a high volume of Google PPC campaigns across multiple accounts and industries. o Ensure strict compliance with Google Ads policies and guidelines to maintain account health and avoid penalties. o Perform comprehensive keyword research, including keyword cleaning, negative keyword management, and the removal of irrelevant search phrases. o Stay updated with the latest Google Ads strategies, features, and best practices, and adopt them quickly to maintain competitive advantage. o Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns and ads to achieve the best possible performance, ensuring higher CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. o Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for ongoing campaign improvements. o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ad copy, landing page suggestions, and audience targeting strategies. o Manage campaigns in both English and Arabic, requiring strong proficiency in Arabic to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance. o Strong expertise in Google PPC campaign management with hands-on experience in high-budget, large-scale accounts. o Solid understanding of Google Ads policies and ability to keep campaigns compliant. o Proven ability in keyword optimization, negative keyword strategy, and data-driven decision-making. o Strong understanding of how to optimize ads, campaigns, and landing pages for maximum performance and measurable results. o Ability to adopt and implement the latest Google Ads strategies quickly. o Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools. o Professional fluency in Arabic and English. o Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
