Description:
Golf Operations Attendant has to deliver exceptional service standards to all members and guests encountered at the club, provided a personalized and sincere touch and developing strong relationships with regular customers. Maintain an immaculate working environment wherever stationed during the day, ensuring the area is clean, tidy, in perfect working order and functional for carrying out the daily tasks. Supporting all operations in Bag Drop, Cart Shed, Staging Area, Driving Range & Marshalling, including preparing and staging the golf carts; receiving, logging and displaying players golf bags; marshaling the golf course, setting up branding and washing and storing golf carts at the end of the day.
Qualifications:
Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management
