Job Responsibilities
Conduct member orientation sessions and support the integration of new members.
Maintain accurate records of member orientations and onboarding activities.
Support membership renewals and carry out administrative tasks as directed by the Membership Manager and Director of Golf.
Assist with member social events and other membership-related activities as assigned.
May be asked to lead "Play-In Sessions" to welcome new members onto the course
Provide support to the Golf Operations team when needed.
Assist with the coordination and delivery of golf tournaments as required.
About You
PGA Apprentice with solid knowledge of the game of golt
Strong administrative skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, additional languages are an advantage.
Passionate golfer with a handicap of 5 or lower
Able to work effectively within a team environment
