Key Responsibilities:
xe2x97x8f Oversee daily operations, team performance, and profitability of the 3 Studios ( Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Doha ( Qatar)
xe2x97x8fMotivate and guide the team to achieve performance goals and KPIs
xe2x97x8f Manage a large team of 80+ employees, including remote staff
xe2x97x8f Adapt quickly to changes and maintain operational excellence
xe2x97x8f Foster a positive, empathetic work culture while delivering on business targets
