We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented
Female Telesales Representative
to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting our
event services, photoshoots
, and
cleaning solutions
, and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and respond to inquiries
Promote company services and close sales
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
Record client interactions and update CRM
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
? Proven telesales or customer service experience (events/photography/cleaning preferred)
? Fluent in English (
Arabic is a plus
)
? Excellent communication and persuasion skills
? Energetic, self-driven, and sales-focused
? Organized and able to multitask
? Knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools is an advantage
