Job Description

We are looking for a Global Visa Specialist to guide clients through international visa applications and promote our range of visa services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills, a customer-first attitude, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding visa services. Advise clients on visa options, required documents, and application procedures for various destinations. Promote global visa packages and convert inquiries into successful sales. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the visa operations team to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications. Stay informed on changing visa policies, embassy guidelines, and global travel requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and client updates for management review.
Qualifications & Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasive abilities and a results-driven mindset. In-depth understanding of visa procedures for major destinations (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, etc.). Proficient in MS Office Ability to multitask in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.
