Key Responsibilities
Global Visa Assistance:
Provide expert advice on visa applications for destinations like the USA, Canada, Schengen countries, and others.
Review and assist with visa document submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Marketing Support:
Participate in video shoots for marketing purposes to promote company services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective representation of services.
Customer Support:
Deliver exceptional service throughout the visa application process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for clients.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on visa regulations, travel trends, and competitor offerings to provide the best options to clients.
Problem Resolution:
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to their visa application process.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
in global visa consultancy.
Proven expertise in handling visa applications, including Schengen, USA, and Canada.
Willingness to participate in marketing video shoots.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Passion for travel and enthusiasm for helping clients.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred).
