Title: GLOBAL TOURIST VISA CONSULTANT
Location: AL KARAMA . DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
Responsibilities:
? ?Provide consultation to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation.
? ?Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately and efficiently.
? ?Review and verify all supporting documents to ensure compliance with visa regulations.
? ?Communicate with relevant authorities and embassy/consulate personnel on behalf of clients.
? ?Keep abreast of changes in visa policies and regulations to provide up-to-date information to clients.
? ?Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to visa applications in a timely manner.
? ?Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application statuses.
Requirements:
? ?Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Political Science, Law) preferred.
? ?Proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role.
? ?In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and procedures for various countries.
? ?Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
? ?Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
? ?Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
? ?Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
? ?Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
