Key Responsibilities:

Assist high-net-worth clients in acquiring, selling, and investing in global real estate properties. Provide in-depth advice on international property markets, trends, and opportunities. Build and maintain a strong global network of clients, developers, and industry professionals. Conduct market analyses to identify potential investment opportunities and risks. Collaborate with local teams to navigate regional regulations and streamline transactions. Develop tailored strategies for property acquisition, portfolio diversification, and investment growth. Represent the company at international property exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Negotiate property deals across international markets, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients. Ensure compliance with global and regional real estate laws and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record in global real estate advisory or high-level property investment. Extensive knowledge of international property markets and regulations. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are highly advantageous). Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and luxury real estate portfolios. Ability to adapt to diverse cultures and client needs. Proficiency in real estate CRM tools and Microsoft Office. A results-driven, professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills.
