The Global Program Excellence Manager/Trainer manages all the field activities related to the Program and package of care pre and post Allurion Balloon placement (a multicomponent lifestyle change program powered by a suite of digital tools). The Global Program Excellence Manager/Trainer serves on the International Commercial Team and works under the supervision of the VP Program Excellence and Business Development. As a Global Program Excellence Manager/Trainer your responsibilities include,

• Partner with a select pool of accounts (8-12 accounts) within their designated region to monitor program delivery standards and patient and clinic outcomes (weight loss, patient satisfaction, health improvements etc.), identifying best practices and empowering providers to optimize outcomes using a range of tactics.
• Partnering with regional internal and external staff to deliver training 1:1, in small groups and in larger conference style events.
• Determining areas for improvement, clustering clinics and consumers by performance level for targeted strategies for sustained and enhanced performance.
• Contribute to the development and ongoing innovation of the global Allurion Program principles, training, and content.

• Increasing the weight loss and weight loss maintenance outcomes (measured by %TBWL achieved)
• Increasing the total number of patients able to achieve the minimum expected %TBWL and improve patient and clinic outcomes and positive feedback on the Allurion Program (measured by Net Promoter Score)
• Train sales team members on ongoing improvements and innovations of the Allurion Program

• Audit each clinic from a provider and consumer Program experience perspective, analyzing findings and proposing solutions to enhance overall patient outcomes.
• Provide training support to clinic teams, internal field staff and distributors (if relevant) using up to date Allurion Program training materials and digital tools, engaging the wider Program Excellence team and VP Program Excellence, CMO and /or clinical consultant physicians for clinical issues.
• Demonstrate horizontal value to the clinic (i.e.: value across all its treatments and touchpoints) and avoid appearing too vertically focused (i.e.: on Allurion only) to build trust and respect.
• Identify areas to optimize and report back to the clinic in an emotionally intelligent and sensitive way.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and innovation of global program principles, training, and content. Maximizing on your background specialty and experience in health improvement and weight management.
• Provide ongoing group or individual supervision to Program staff on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Ensure an elevated level of communication on activities and results to the national sales manager/s, regional sales director/s, VP Program Excellence and Global Nutrition Director.
• Administrative work: complete weekly reports, travel plans and submit in a timely manner.
• Participate in any regional industry trade shows/congresses/meetings as required.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.

What we are looking for in you:

• Professional qualification in an area of health improvement and behavior change, for example: dieting, nutrition, psychology, exercise, nursing, or health coaching
• Organized, self sufficient and ability to work in fast paced environment
• Always demonstrate ethics, integrity, openness, transparency, collaboration, and professionalism with demonstrated skills in conflict management
• Stake holder mapping and management ability (both internal across function and external)
• Consumer focused; ability to learn and understand consumer needs and experience design
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Training ability: ability to deliver engaging training and coaching (assessed during the interview process) and use a consultative approach to account support
• Analytical skills/auditing skills/gap analysis
• Experience in the field of weight management (could be bariatric, medical or lifestyle). Experience ideally includes both clinical program delivery and elements of leadership / program development and / or training experience
• Language: Must be proficient in written and spoken English, in addition to Arabic regional language/s
• Location: Must be based in Dubai
• Travel: Regular International and local travel is required (70% of time)
