Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) Engineer, responsible for the planning and execution of our Downstream projects and the Turnarounds of Global Manufacturing facilities. Your primary role will be to carry out the planning activities for the scheduled Turnarounds within our Global Manufacturing facilities and ensuring meeting T&I gates processes deliverables. You will also be required to coordinate and direct various units within Global Manufacturing to ensure full compliance with all T&I requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the budget for the yearly operating plan.
• Develop Mid-Year and Year-End Accountability reports.
• Collect input recommendations, work lists, and projects from the OME team and organize them into a coherent scope of work.
• Create detailed T&I schedules using Critical Path Diagrams or electronic scheduling software like Primavera, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Incorporate shutdown and startup details into the schedule, including systems and equipment release schedules.
• Compile lists of all expense project packages and ensure the development and approval of required expense projects.
• Lead contract procurement efforts related to all expense projects.
• Ensure that the planned scope aligns with the EIS schedule.
• Optimize the T&I schedule in terms of duration and cost.
• Monitor the procurement of materials and contracts.
• Report planning progress to management.
• Ensure that T&I activities stay within defined boundaries of cost, schedule, and quality.
• Develop T&I execution plans.
• Facilitate scope of work meetings and address scope of work challenges.
• Prepare and issue comprehensive post-T&I reports.
• Monitor accounting budgets versus actual expenditures for work requests, materials orders, and more.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Turnaround events in the Oil & Gas Industry, with a preference for experience in the downstream sector (Petrochemical or Refinery).
• Demonstrated overall knowledge of T&I (Turnaround and Inspection) planning and execution management.
• Proficiency in T&I planning software such as Primavera P6 is essential, and experience with Roser is preferred.
