Aeon Shipping LLC is looking for a motivated and target-driven consultant to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities within the shipping and logistics sector.

: 25 - 35 yearsMake outbound and handle inbound sales calls to prospective clients Promote shipping, logistics, and related services offered by Aeon Shipping LLC Identify client requirements and provide appropriate solutions Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions Build and maintain long-term client relationships Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales / telemarketing / sales Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or BPO sales is an added advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Strong sales mindset with a results-oriented approach Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
