ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Global Head of Technical Services is the key point of contact to assess the Client environment, define the technical solution and related costing, negotiate, and formalize the technical offer. The person has to understand the Client needs and requirements, and develop a competitive Managed Services solutions for our customers. The Global Head of Technical Services will oversee three regional organizations and will manage the engineering teams in MENA, SSA and Europe. The individual will work with the Managed Services Sales teams to identify, qualify and establish new Managed Services solutions. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to interact with the Senior-level Clients, Sales teams and delivery executives.
