Role Overview
A founder-level leader is sought to design, own, and steward a global, high-trust private investor membership ecosystem. Reporting directly to the founders, this role carries real authority, long-term equity upside, and responsibility for building a defensible, trust-based network at the highest levels of capital and decision-making.
The Opportunity
The organisation is building an AI-native global platform serving elite investors, family offices, institutions, and strategic partners. Membership quality is the core flywheel. This role exists to create one of the world's most trusted and valuable private investor communities, where membership itself becomes a strategic asset.
What the Role Is (and Is Not)
This is not community management, marketing, CRM, or content. It is a systems-level mandate focused on designing, curating, and protecting a high-trust human network. Success is measured by trust, outcomes, retention, and long-term defensibility - not growth or engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect the full global membership system: tiers, criteria, pricing, governance, and standards
  • Own curation and admissions, with absolute commitment to quality
  • Design member onboarding and early experiences that deliver rapid, tangible value
  • Build outcome-driven community mechanisms (e.g. deal rooms, councils, curated introductions)
  • Ensure real, measurable member outcomes (deals, access, capital movement)
  • Align partners and suppliers strictly to member mandates and expectations
Accountability
Full ownership of membership quality, trust density, retention, and long-term value creation.
Ideal Profile:
  • Proven experience building or advising high-trust, invite-only networks of senior decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of power, incentives, reputation, and access in private capital environments
  • Systems thinker focused on governance and compounding trust
  • Comfortable declining powerful or high-profile individuals
  • Views membership as a product, not a marketing channel
  • Likely exposure includes family offices, private banking, institutional capital, elite founder or investor networks, or private wealth advisory ecosystems.
Authority & Incentives
The role comes with genuine decision-making power, founder backing when quality conflicts with short-term revenue, and compensation aligned to long-term impact: competitive base pay plus meaningful equity tied to membership quality and outcomes.
