The Global Head of F&B Operations directs and oversees all aspect of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s food and beverage planning, preparation of SOP and guidelines, presentation standards of food and drinks in the resorts as well ad adherence to quality and safety standards.
The candidate creates and maintains a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and are fastidious and proud of delivering excellence and quality. Responsible for the quality and technical approach taken by team members, ensuring it is in-line with the company strategy \xe2\x80\x93 and that projects are delivered on time and budget.
The candidate is comfortable attending meetings with clients as well as developing and scoping work with internal teams. RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring of F&B performances across the hotels
Effectively communicating with F&B teams
Participation and input towards F&B Marketing activities
Constant analysis of Food & Beverage offering and Prices in relation to guest requests and competition
Development and maintenance of all department control procedures
To assist in menu planning and pricing
Teamwork-Relations with co-workers and management
Personnel selection, responsible for hiring executive chefs and F&B managers/Directors
Effectively manage relationships with client contacts (client facing) and internal teams
Work within Aman guidelines to produce creative and innovative F&B offering
Present work and articulate technical executions at client level
Train and lead, both formally and informally, members of the corporate and global team in F&B and technical skills
Monitor the performance and ability of F&B Directors/F&B Managers
Work alongside the EXCO Team to improve F&B offering in the various resorts
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in hospitality management
Financial proficiency is a must
Ideal candidate should have 5-10 years experience in a corporate leadership role.
Proficient in all common IT programs and good presentation skills
Positive, engaging and energetic personality
Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision
Very high attention to detail
Sensitive to cultural nuances
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
Good people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
