As the Global Director of Technology Vertical Solutions, you will lead the development and execution of sector-specific supply chain strategies aligned with global technology industry demands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to design high-impact solutions for key clients, support commercial growth, and establish DP World as a logistics thought leader in the technology domain. Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive vertical growth strategy for the technology sector
• Analyze supply chain data to identify efficiencies and develop tailored logistics solutions
• Support key account management with technical insight and customer-specific strategies
• Oversee solution design, product development, and delivery in collaboration with internal teams
• Promote thought leadership through training, whitepapers, events, and industry forums
• Support regional sales teams by aligning vertical priorities with performance tracking
• Represent DP World at global conferences and in public relations initiatives
• Maintain a deep understanding of trends, risks, and innovations in tech supply chains
• Guide the creation of sales collateral and marketing content relevant to the vertical
• Coordinate and manage cross-regional key account teams and innovation projects

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain strategy, preferably in the technology sector
• Proven expertise in freight forwarding, ERP/TMS/WMS systems, and Lean methodology
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across global teams
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing scalable logistics solutions
• High analytical ability and experience handling large supply chain datasets
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Comfortable managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
